David and Dave dragged me up Vail pass today from Breck. I swore that I was going to stay at the top and hang out for them to return from Vail, but they tricked me into going down to East Vail. What a slog of a climb to come back, but honestly it was a lot of fun and I earned myself a few ice cream sandwiches.
Meanwhile, I got bored and played around with Google Earth looking at what I think is the landscape between the Airstrip (DZ) and the surrounding Himalya, including Everest, I think it is that big one peeking over the top...you know, the biggest one. My job is to get a photo similar to this!
